It’s the end of a truly transformative 12 weeks with Mahesha Rice ✨
I embarked on the Fast Like a Girl Empowerment Programme back in February this year.
I wanted to truly understand my eating habits and change them for the better.
Having had a couple of EFT Tapping sessions with Mahesha at the beginning of the year I knew I had to try this out.
Mahesha explains the science behind the book and uses EFT Tapping, NLP and her amazing knowledge to guide each session.
The transformative part for me has been going back to periods of my life where I probably began to start my unhealthy relationship with food, without even realising!
Every week we took a look at what had happened during my week, then pin pointed a time that it reminded me of in my past.
Through EFT Tapping and NLP I was able to remove blocks and understand a bit more as to why I had chosen the path I had.
I wasn't in this for the weight, it was more an overall understanding of fasting, nutrition and what leads me to over eat.
I now have some amazing tools in my day to day life to support me not only in my eating habits, but in my life in general.
