At eight years old, my life took a profound turn.
After spending my entire life up until this point in Sri Lanka with my biological parents and two sisters, I was adopted. And then moved 5,140 miles away to France with my adoptive parents.
My life was changed forever and the path that was carved before me was far from straightforward or easy.
In 2020, I lost my adoptive mother, which plunged me into a deep depression. My world was enveloped with darkness and pain.
I tried a variety of different therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and grief counselling, to help me find some sense of light.
However, it wasn’t until I discovered a myriad of therapeutic tools, like EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), SRT (Subconscious Release Technique), Meditation, Breathwork, and journaling, that I found a true sense of light in the transformative power of self-development and spirituality.
My own personal journey to emotional healing, self-discovery and inner peace has given me a second chance at a beautiful life - one woven together by resilience, transformation and strength.
It is now my mission to help you achieve the same sense of empowerment, fulfilment, purpose, balance, peace - and so much more.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a self-help method supported by research and entirely free of medication. EFT offers holistic benefits, touching upon your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It serves as a daily tool for immediate relief, assisting in calming your mind, gaining clarity, and enhancing your performance. EFT is frequently known as "tapping" due to its approach of gently tapping on acupressure points on the face and upper body while focusing on challenging thoughts and emotions.

By stimulating specific pressure points, it sends soothing signals to the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for our survival instinct, reassuring us of our safety.
When we perceive a threat, our amygdala triggers the fight-flight-freeze response to help us adapt and survive. Emotions serve as our guidance system, helping us navigate life effectively. Our emotional adaptability improves when we align with our core values, enabling us to move forward. EFT reduces emotional inflexibility, which is akin to living on autopilot and being ensnared by negative self-talk. While such states may have had their purpose in the past, dwelling in constant fight-flight-freeze states can impact our physical and emotional well-being.
By acknowledging and processing your trauma and rediscovering the joy in life, your desires reawaken, leading you to make choices in harmony with your true self. This process allows you to recalibrate your life, consciously shaping it in alignment with your authentic desires, nurturing relationships, and fully expressing your talents in your professional endeavours. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
