There was a time in my life when I felt invisible.

A time when I had no idea that one day I would stand on a stage and be recognised as an Award-Winning Holistic Therapist.
This year, I was honoured with the title:

South England Prestige Awards – Health and Wellness
And I want to share this moment with you in a way that feels honest.
Because this award is not about status.
It is about service.
What This Award Really Means
Winning Holistic Therapist of the Year in the South of England is a professional milestone. Yes.
But more than that, it is proof that healing work matters.
It is proof that Reiki healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed coaching, and energy work are changing lives across the UK and beyond.
It is proof that holistic therapy is essential.
The judges recognised my work as a Reiki Master of Light, accredited Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and certified NLP practitioner. They recognised my mission to support trauma survivors, adoptees, foster care survivors, and anyone navigating emotional pain.
But what they truly recognised is something I have always believed.
Healing transforms everything.

From Trauma Survivor to Award-Winning Holistic Therapist
I did not arrive here by accident.
My work is rooted in lived experience.
Adoption trauma.
Childhood wounds.
Years of inner work.
Years of rebuilding my self-worth.
I know what it feels like to feel lost.
I know what it feels like to question whether you belong.
I know what it feels like to carry emotional pain in your body.
And I also know what it feels like to heal.
This award represents every client who trusted me.
Every Reiki session held.
Every Emotional Freedom Technique tapping round recorded.
Every meditation shared.
Every late night building my healing practice in devotion to my calling.
The People Behind This Award
I would not be standing here without the people who walk this journey with me.
To my clients, every single one of you who trusted me to hold space for your healing. Who showed up with courage. Who allowed yourself to be seen. Who cried, released, expanded, and grew inside our sessions. This award belongs to you too. Your bravery is the reason this work exists. Thank you for trusting me with your stories and your hearts.
To my husband, who has never for a second doubted me. Who has supported me quietly and consistently. Who has been my biggest fan from day one. Thank you for believing in my vision even before the world could see it.
To my children, who are my greatest strength and my daily inspiration. You remind me to lead with integrity. You remind me to keep growing. You inspire me to be the best version of myself.
This award is not mine alone. It is shared with everyone who believed, supported, trusted, and walked beside me.
