Last weekend, amidst the tranquil beauty of St Nectan’s Glen in Cornwall, I embarked on a soul-stirring odyssey at the Abundance Rebirth Retreat, curated by the remarkable Melanie Moore, EFT Practitioner and Big Vision Coach and Jacqui Crooks EFT Founding Master, inspirational speaker, author of Tap into Ancestral Healing. This retreat, a sanctuary of healing and manifestation, promised an immersion into the transformative powers of EFT Tapping, therapy, and the exploration of our deepest desires.
From the very outset, the retreat embraced me in its captivating charm. With exclusive access to the majestic waterfall and the sanctuary of the woods, we found ourselves immersed in a world of tranquillity and renewal. The distant cries of peacocks and the gentle rush of the waterfall became the backdrop to our journey of self-discovery.
Over four immersive days, our group of eleven goddesses embarked on a profound exploration of healing and growth. Guided by Melanie and Jacqui, we delved deep into the recesses of our souls, releasing the burdens of the past and untangling the threads of ancestral and past life traumas. With each session of EFT Tapping, I felt layers of emotional baggage dissolve, freeing me from the chains that had bound me for so long.
As the retreat progressed, we transitioned from healing to manifestation, from releasing the old to embracing the new. Through meditation, somatic yoga, and heartfelt conversations, we forged connections that transcended the boundaries of time and space. Each interaction, each shared moment, became a catalyst for personal transformation.
One of the most profound experiences came during our visit to the waterfall. As I immersed myself in its cleansing waters, I felt a sense of renewal wash over me, purifying my spirit and rejuvenating my soul. The cold water became a metaphor for the depths of my being, cleansing away old energies and paving the way for new beginnings.
Throughout the retreat, I witnessed miracles unfold not only within myself but also within our sacred circle of goddesses. Bonds formed, connections deepened, and together, we began to manifest our collective dreams and desires. The power of our combined intentions was palpable, as we stepped into a realm of limitless possibility and abundance.
As the retreat drew to a close, I found myself filled with gratitude for Melanie and Jacqui, whose unwavering support and guidance had been instrumental in my journey of self-discovery. Their genuine care and compassion created a safe space for healing and growth, and their wisdom illuminated the path ahead.
But the end of the retreat was not the end of our journey; it was merely the beginning. United by our shared experiences and aspirations, we remain connected, supporting each other as we continue to manifest miracles in our lives. The bonds we forged at the Abundance Rebirth Retreat are eternal, a testament to the transformative power of sisterhood and shared vision.
