I want you to have a positive experience with my services, and I am happy to offer refunds under the following conditions:
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, all appointments must be cancelled with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, the following refund schedule will apply:
- Between 48-72 hours before the appointment: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Between 24-48 hours before the appointment: You will receive a 25% refund.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
How to Cancel
To cancel your appointment and request a refund, please email me at mahesha@mahesharice.com. I will confirm your cancellation and refund accordingly.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. As a result, the full appointment fee will apply.
Refund Requests Outside of Cancellations
If you feel that the services provided were not satisfactory, please contact me directly. I am committed to addressing any concerns and finding a solution. If you are entitled to a refund, I will process it within 14 days.
Your Consumer Rights
In addition to my refund policy, UK law provides you with certain rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel services within 14 days of booking, provided that the service has not been fully delivered. This right does not apply once the session has been completed, but if the service has not yet been provided, you are entitled to a full refund.
