Why I Created Reiki Renewal Rising®
I’m Mahesha Rice — a childhood trauma survivor turned Healer.
I was adopted at 8 years old, taken from my home, my language, and my family.
I grew up with the deep pain of abandonment, silence, and confusion.
I was also abused by someone I trusted — something no child should ever experience.
For years, I felt disconnected from my body, my voice, and my worth.
But I chose healing.
Through EFT Tapping, Reiki, and deep spiritual work, I found my way back to myself.
And now, I hold this sacred space for others who are walking their own healing path.

Live Weekly Reiki Sessions via Zoom
Each session is designed to calm your nervous system, release emotional tension, and align your energy, offered on different days and times to suit members around the world.
I lovingly adapt the schedule to support multiple time zones, so even if you can’t attend live one week, there’s a good chance the next session will be just right for you.
This is healing that fits around your life, not the other way around.
Your Own Personalised EFT Tapping Script (PDF)
Every 3 months, members are invited to request a personalised tapping script tailored to their current emotional needs. A gentle and empowering tool to help you shift thoughts, patterns, and beliefs between sessions.
Private WhatsApp Support Group
This is your safe space to be seen, supported, and heard.
If you’re moving through a tough patch, you can reach out in the group, members are encouraged to support one another with love and care.
When needed, I may also share a quick EFT tapping round to help shift the energy and bring relief.
