Remote Reiki Energy Healing – I channel Reiki energy to the group, allowing it to flow intuitively to each person, supporting whatever they most need at that moment
A Time to Be Held – Simply rest, receive, and let your energy be gently cleansed, balanced, and renewed
You don’t need to speak, share, or even have your camera on, just come as you are and receive.
(Though I do love seeing your beautiful faces! So if you feel comfortable, I always welcome cameras on, it helps me hold space even more deeply.)
